Overview
Bee, my wife, and her family have been running holiday cottages in Lower Town Fishguard for over thirty years, so they understand how they work and understand the wishes and demands of their holiday makers. For a cottages, or multiple cottages accommodating lots of guests, there is often a request for a private chef to come in and cook for everyone. A break from self-catering and a step up from a takeaway fish and chip supper.
Our service ranges from dropping off a casserole ready to reheat through the oven or on the hob, to coming in and cooking a two or three course meal and clearing down the kitchen, quietly leaving guests to enjoy themselves around the dining table.
